​Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral to visit us.

How long will my appointment take?
The first appointment will take approximately 30 minutes. Subsequent appointments will be approximately 15 minutes.

Do you accept Private health fund cards?
We do accept private health funds and you can claim at time of treatment through HICAPS.
Do you accept Medicare?
If you wish to go through Medicare, your General Practitioner may be able to provide you with an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referral. You need to discuss this with your Doctor, as it is considered on a case by case basis.
Do you take X-rays?
We do not take X-Rays at this clinic. But if necessary we will refer you for the appropriate scan.

​Can I bring my child/baby for an appointment?
Yes. You can certainly book your newborn in for an initial assessment. Ben has completed further Chiropractic Paediatrics study.
Can I come when I'm pregnant?
Yes. We see a lot of pregnant patients right up until the baby is born and into postpartum management.

Do you only do spinal adjusting?
No. We treat using a variety of techniques with a wholistic focus which allows us to treat a range of complaints across the body.

Is Chiropractic Safe?
Chiropractic is a safe form of therapy. Published studies and reports through the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme show that chiropractic is a low risk health modality.
